Express' bad-debt program is defined as turning
over your patient accounts receivables after 90
days from TOS (time of service).
Typical collection effort events are a 3 letter
series with continual telephone follow-up. It
is your decision if and when patient accounts are
sent to the credit bureau, and/or worst, to court
for judgments, liens, or garnishments.
Our fees are non-escalating and do not change based
on the age of the account. Our fee remains the same
for as long as EEI has the responsibility to collect
the debt.
This program, as well as any of our other programs,
can be customized for the way you do business.
