Extension
Express' "Early Out" program is defined
as turning over your patient accounts receivables
anywhere between 29 and 70 days from TOS (time
of service).
Typical collection effort events are a 2 to 3 letter
series with continual telephone follow-ups. We
also follow up on any unpaid insurance claims
and secondary insurance / medicare / medicaid.
Any account that does not respond after the said
letter series, will, at your discretion, be turned
over to our bad-debt department and will be treated
as such.
This program frees your staff to concentrate on
the "good money": insurance payments and
one attempt to collect on self-pay / patient responsibility.
Our fees are non-escalating and will not change
when being transferred from early out to bad-debt.
The fee will remain the same for as long as EEI
has the responsibility to collect the debt.

can be customized for the way you do business.
